CONFERENCING
Situated in a tranquil and serene environment with sweeping valley and sea views, the conference and banqueting venues can be customized to suit the needs of any client. Catering for conferences includes tea, coffee and biscuits or muffins on arrival, and at mid-morning and afternoon break. Breakfasts, buffet lunches or snacks may be served. Conferencing equipment is also available for hire. Conferencing facilities include the following:
CONFERENCE CENTER - BIRDIE 1 and BIRDIE 2
This large venue capable of seating 180 delegates cinema style and 90 delegates schoolroom style is divisible into two separate venues known as Birdie 1 and Birdie 2. When divided, each of these smaller venues is able to seat 60 delegates cinema style and 40 delegate's schoolroom style.
FUNCTION ROOM - ALBATROS ROOM
This split-level venue with beautiful views over the valley, sea and golf course can accommodate 100 delegates' cinema style and 40 delegate's schoolroom style. When using this venue, delegates will be served tea in the adjoining Annie's Bar with private balcony and outdoor smoking facilities.
BOARDROOM
With a professional and upmarket appeal, this smaller venue is suited to conferences of not more than 12 delegates seated around a single boardroom table.
EAGLE ROOM
The venue is able to seat 80 delegates cinema style and 60 delegate's schoolroom style and recently we installed windows allowing more natural light to come through.
GARDEN CENTRE
We have two venues situated at the garden centre. One venue, which can seat 28 people in school room style and 50 in cinema. The other venue is for small groups, seating 20 in U shape or 20 in school room style. These venues prove to be very popular as the venue is set in a quiet private environment.
