PLEASE BE AWARE, BEFORE COMPLETING THIS APPLICATION FORM, THAT ALL CONFERENCE VENUE LISTINGS ON   “CONFERENCE FACILITIES ”  MUST NOT MARK UP THEIR OWN RATES TO ACCOMMODATE OUR COMMISSION.
WE REQUIRE A COMMISSION BASED ON THE STANDARD RACK RATE THAT THE CONFERENCE VENUE CHARGES THEIR OWN CLIENTS.  CONFERENCE FACILITIES GUARANTEES OUR CLIENTS THAT THEY WILL NOT PAY MORE BY BOOKING THROUGH CONFERENCE FACILITIES THAN GOING DIRECTLY TO THE ESTABLISHMENTS.

***NB: Please provide a 24 hour GENERIC email address such as info@example.co.za  or reservations@example.co.za.

Individual email addresses become problematic when those individuals leave the establishment.

Please give a detailed breakdown of your pricing structure (per person sharing, single etc) as well as variables such as high season, low season as well as different pricing on different rooms etc. Please note that we require a 10% commission (or agreed commission discussed between you and ourselves) on your standard rate as our commission for any reservations made originating from Conference Venues South Africa. Please note that we do not want our clients to pay a higher price by booking through Conference Venues South Africa than if they went directly to yourselves.

We are able to add up to four photographs of your establishment to your listing page, please email the photos ( where possible please try and send the photos in gif or jpeg format and if possible please try and limit the size to less than 300kb ) to us at phil@conference-venues.co.za clearly stating the name of the venue and the province, region and town in which this establishment is going to be listed
