The full day conference package at The Michelangelo includes:
• Room hire
• Mineral water and mints in the room
• Conference note pads and pencils
• Screen
• Flipchart and pens
• VHS monitor
• PA system with 1 x line microphone
Refreshments
• Tea, coffee and fresh fruit juices served with pastries on arrival
• Mid morning tea, coffee and fresh fruit juices with a selection of three snacks
• Three course luncheon, buffet or finger luncheon dependent on numbers
• Mid afternoon tea, coffee and fresh fruit juices
Minimum number: 15 delegates
Morning conference package (08h00 - 14h00)
The morning conference package includes the following in the cost:

The afternoon conference package includes:

• Tea, coffee and fresh fruit juices served with pastries on arrival
• Mid afternoon tea, coffee and fresh fruit juices with a selection of 3 hot snacks
• Cocktail reception (or lunch on arrival)

The Michelangelo can accommodate functions for up to 160 people in various seating configurations.
• All numbers are dependent on equipment and/or entertainment requirements within the venue
• Venue hire is quoted per function, dependent on the food and beverage requirements
The Michelangelo provides the following equipment, the costs of which are negotiated per function:
• standard audio visual equipment and staging
• dance floor
• table décor
• background music
• flowers can be arranged through our in-house florist |
